Have they had any experience with abuse? You mention your mission being a "knowing witness" which leads me to believe you have first hand knowledge of abuse. Do not let others, especially those who have no first hand experience with abuse, undermine what you have to contribute to the subject matter. I find so much truth in Ms. Miller's writings, I can't imagine anyone truly knowledgeable about abuse not recognizing the truth in what she says. I am Psychologist from Mexico City. I have been teaching in some universities for about twelve years. Most of my pupils say that I am a very bad teacher, because I do not want to ignore Mrs. Miller's findings. In fact I am a kind of alien in a gestalt therapy school.
